Good used car dealerships exist, and this is one of them. My wife and I purchased a Honda CRV from Zak at Velocity Automotive earlier this month, and the process has been stress-free. First, the vehicle was in great condition, and priced appropriately. Zak was happy to accommodate our request for a pre-inspection, and communicated clearly with us as the SUV went through the process of being serviced, certified, and registered. After taking the car home, I reported some minor brake vibration to Zak, and he had the brakes and rotors replaced the next day, no questions asked.
